Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our footwear, and you bought goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of your order. All returns must be unworn and in the original packaging.  Please do not deface the box when returning your parcel.

To successfully return an item to Safer Safety, please adhere to the following steps as failure to follow these procedures may result in your return being rejected upon receipt.

You must either wrap the shoe box or place in a delivery bag with:

·        Your name

·        The website you purchased the product from

·        Order Reference Number

·        The style and size being returned

·        The reason for returning the goods (including a full fault description if there is a problem with the product)

The parcel must contain the above information 

Exchanges

We will ship your new shoes FREE OF CHARGE once we receive your returned shoes and they have been checked to ensure they are unworn and in original condition. You can opt to choose a different size in the original style or a new style within the same price level.

Returns

If you decide you do not wish to purchase the footwear please return the goods as described above. Once we have received your return and they have been checked to ensure they are unworn and in original condition. We will refund your purchase using the same method of payment that was initially used to process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to reach your account.

Faulty Goods

In the rare occasion that a fault is noticed upon receipt or within 6 months of purchase please email sales@safer-safety.com attaching photographs of the faulty goods ensuring you state you are a Safer Safety customer.  Alternatively return the goods as described above with the details of the fault. We will ship a replacement pair FREE OF CHARGE once we receive your returned shoes, the shoes are inspected and the fault is agreed.
